Hamlet with beetroot and cottage cheese sandwich cream


  • 150 g boiled beetroot
  • 100 g cottage cheese
  • salt, pepper,
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • chives
  • mustard (about 10 g)
  • lemon juice

How to make it

After peeling the beetroot, cook it soft in hot water. Crush the cooked beetroots in a shredder and mix them with the other ingredients, salt and season as desired. Put it in the refrigerator to get well-mixed flavours.
