Hamlet with strawberry and mascarpone cream


  • 50 dg strawberry
  • 20 dg mascarpone
  • 15 dg powdered sugar
  • 1 dl butterfat
  • 1 package of vanilla sugar

How to make it

Wash the strawberries and mush half of it with a blender. Cut the other strawberries into halves and put them aside. To make a frothy cream, mix mascarpone, butterfat, vanilla sugar and powdered sugar together, then after the right consistency is achieved, add the mushed strawberries. Serve the HAMLET with the mascarpone cream and the pieces of strawberries.
